The Youth Alliance for Leadership and Development in Africa (YALDA) in collaboration with the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) Secretariat, African Export-Import Bank (Afrexim Bank), United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA),  the International Trade Centre (ITC) and United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) invite all youngsters who are nationals of African countries, as well as the ones inside the diaspora to participate in the YALDA AfCFTA Youth Creative Competition on the topic; “The African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA): What is in it for younger Africans?”. 

The competition seeks to deepen African kids’s expertise of the AfCFTA’s units and the way African youth can force the AfCFTA time table from their perspective. By making sure kids are active individuals in the popularization and raising consciousness of the AfCFTA.

AfCFTA Youth Creative Competition- ELIGIBILITY

Contestants must;

  • Be a countrywide of an African Union Member country
  • Be residing completely or temporarily at the continent or the diaspora
  • Submit a national ID as proof of above
  • Be elderly among 18 and 35 years
  • Be obsessed on Africa’s development and deeper information of the AfCFTA
